Website terms of use

Last updated:

These terms cover the Astera Hub website at asterahub.app. Each app has its own terms and privacy policy, linked from its page and from the Legal page.

Who we are

Astera Hub is a joint platform by Benji Oddballs Studios and STARED, two independent app studios. You can reach us at hello@asterahub.app.

Using the website

You’re welcome to browse the site, read about our apps and follow the links to get them. Please don’t:

  • try to break, overload or get around the security of the site;
  • copy large parts of the site to pass off as your own;
  • use the site for anything unlawful.

What we show, and where it leads

The site describes our apps and links to wherever each one lives: a web app on asterahub.app, Google Play, the App Store, or a direct download. Store pages and other websites have their own terms. We try to keep app details accurate, but features, prices and availability can change.

Our content

The site’s text, design and the Astera Hub name belong to us. App names, screenshots and artwork belong to the studio that made the app. Third-party material, such as fonts and 3D anatomy data, keeps its own licence; see each app’s credits page.

Fonts on this website: Bricolage Grotesque, Figtree and EB Garamond, all under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

Downloads

When we offer a file to download (for example an APK or a desktop installer), we show its version, size and SHA-256 checksum so you can check it. Only download our files from asterahub.app. See Support for how to install them safely.

No guarantees

We provide the site as it is. We do our best to keep it working and correct, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses caused by using the site.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you live elsewhere, you keep any rights the law where you live gives you and that can’t be signed away.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
